The booking form is checked in your browser and is not sent to our servers. If you want us to hold your name, telephone, or an exam time, call or email the desk. Prescriptions and fitting notes are kept at the practice under the usual health-record rules, not as a marketing list.
The cookie banner writes only your choice to localStorage under yafooptix_cookie. We do not set advertising cookies. Google Fonts may open a connection to Google when the page loads.
